Wes Moon And Eric Morgan have been friends all their lives, and have shared a passion for cooking equally as long.
Keeping up with decades of family tradition, founders Wes and Eric have turned barbequing into a passion.
Just like their ancestors, Wes and Eric are
widely recognized for outstanding barbeque and outdoor cooking.
Growing up as kids on the Jersey shore, Wes and Eric learned barbeque
and wood smoking techniques from family elders and spent a lifetime
cooking outdoors, smoking fish, hunting and fishing.
As
lifelong neighbors, the two had a friendly cooking and grill building
competition that eventually sprouted into a unique service that has
become widely known in the shore area.
The mission is simple: Make People Happy! Prepare delicious food using
the very best ingredients from local sources whenever possible.
Present the food beautifully, and have a staff of talented, interesting individuals who bring life to any event. Additionally, always strive to make a positive contribution to the community and leave things better than when you found them.
